Spen Valley Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK paid their respects at THE HECKMONDWIKE REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY

Members from the Spen Valley branch of AMEA UK (the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association UK), paid their respects on Sunday November 11th at THE HECKMONDWIKE REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY marking 100 years since the end of World War 1

 

 

Members from the Spen Valley branch of AMEA UK (the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association UK), paid their respects on Sunday November 11th at THE HECKMONDWIKE REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY marking 100 years since the end of World War 1

 

 

Over the past few weeks, members from the AMEA UK have been out raising funds for the annual Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal across the UK from supermarkets to football stadiums and town centres, as well as covering the majority of key London underground stations and hubs. The AMEA in Spen Valley have collected from Morrisons in Heckmondwike and Tesco in Batley as well as assisting with Street collections in both towns.
