BBC News – AMYA Yorkshire New Year Street Cleaning

Members from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), the UK’s largest and oldest Muslim youth group, will be ringing in the New Year with one of the country’s largest litter picking initiatives. On January 1st, while most of the country will be enjoying their day off, over a thousand members of AMYA from across the country, will be helping local councils to clean the streets after the festivities on New Year’s Eve.
