Ahmadi Muslim Ladies in Newcastle Donate to Food Bank

A local food bank in Sunderland was running short of supplies so put out a request to the community for further donations.

The Ladies from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (AMC) in Newcastle heard this appeal and asked all their members to donate some food items or money to the appeal.

A few hundred pounds and many food items were collected (pictured above) and donated to the food bank. Mrs Dorothy Ismail who runs the food bank sent a letter of appreciation to the AMC Newcastle and was very grateful for the donation.
