The assemblies were interactive, and pupils took the opportunity to ask questions about Islam and other world religions and faiths.

At the end of the assemblies, the Ahmadiyya song for peace, called Love For All – Hatred For None, was sung and the pupils all joined in the chorus.

Atiq Ahmad Bhatti, President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Slough & South Bucks said: “It is always a pleasure to visit Pippins School and meet the staff and pupils and with InterFaith week, our assembly covered not only Islam but all world faiths and their teaching of recognising God, serving humanity and working together for peace and love in society. The addition of the Song for Peace was thoroughly enjoyed by the pupils and it was wonderful that they all took part in the chorus. I thank the school for the opportunity and am looking forward to attending their nativity play next month.”
