The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK is shocked to learn about the stabbing of a Muslim doctor, who was on his way to a mosque in Manchester.
Rafiq Hayat, President of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK said:
“The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK strongly condemns the horrific attack on consultant surgeon Dr Nasser Kurdy, outside the Altrincham and Hale Muslim Association yesterday.
“It was a completely unprovoked attack and we pray for Dr Kurdy’s swift and complete recovery and hope the perpetrators will be brought to justice.
“We stand united against extremism with all who seek to promote peace.”
